SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDE
I created an industry first social media guide, where my main responsibilities were project management, copywriting and designing the deliverable using Adobe InDesign. The aim of this guide was to educate Garden Centres to utilise the online space to not only build a community of their own but also to sell their products. This was received by trade customers very well and we have since had requests from account managers for more content and guidance.
